Four steps. About 3 to 14 days.
We don't use any backdoor Google access. We file the same policy report you could file yourself, but we know which angle Google's policy team responds to.
- 01
You submit a review URL
What we do
Nothing yet. The form takes about two minutes. No account needed to get a quote.
What you see
A live price estimate as you pick the policy reasons. A magic-link email after you submit.
- 02
RevGon reviews and qualifies the case
What we do
Our team reads the review, checks it against Google's Maps Contributor policy, and picks the strongest angle. If your case is weak, we tell you and decline.
What you see
An email confirming your case is under review. Usually within one business day.
- 03
RevGon files the policy report with Google
What we do
We file the report through Google's public review-flagging flow. We never ask for your Google Business login.
What you see
An email when the report goes out. Status moves to Filed With Google in your dashboard.
- 04
Google decides
What we do
We monitor. If Google denies the first report, we escalate once with a different policy angle. If they still deny, your case closes with no charge.
What you see
Either a Removed email (and the invoice for $399 or whatever your quoted price was), or a No Charge email if Google says no.
What we won't do
Ask for your Google login
Your Google Business Profile is yours. We use the public reporting flow that any Google user can access.
Contact the reviewer
We never message, comment on, or respond to reviewers. That would violate Google's policy and risk your profile.
Promise an outcome
Google decides. We pick the strongest policy angle and file it. The decision is theirs, and we tell you fast either way.
Store the review text
We save the URL only. Dental reviews can contain patient info. We don't keep it in our systems.
