Refund Policy

Last updated: May 18, 2026

TL;DR

No removal, no fee. If we charged you for a removal that did not actually happen, or that Google reversed within 30 days, we refund the full amount. Email us and we will respond in 14 days.

1. The core promise

RevGon only charges you after Google confirms removal of the review. If Google does not remove the review, we void the authorization on your card and you pay nothing. This is built into the product, not just the policy.

2. When a refund applies

You qualify for a full refund if:

  • We marked your case as Removed and charged you, but you can show the review is still visible on Google (a screenshot with the timestamp and the live URL is enough).
  • The review was removed but came back within 30 days of the charge. This happens occasionally when Google reverses a moderation decision.
  • We made a billing error (wrong amount, duplicate charge, or charged the wrong card).

3. When a refund does NOT apply

  • The review was successfully removed and stayed removed for more than 30 days. That is the work you paid for.
  • The reviewer wrote a new review about your business after the original was removed. New reviews are separate cases.
  • You changed your mind after we confirmed removal and you received the receipt.

4. How to request a refund

Email hello@revgon.com from the address on your account. Include:

  • Your practice name.
  • The case ID (visible in the dashboard and in our emails).
  • A short note describing the issue.
  • A screenshot of the live review (if it came back or never disappeared). The timestamp on the screenshot matters.

5. Response time

We respond to every refund request within 14 days. Most are processed within 3 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe. Stripe typically clears the refund in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Chargebacks and dispute fees

We would rather refund you directly than fight a chargeback. Email us first.

If you skip the email and open a chargeback for a valid charge (a removal that actually happened and stayed removed past 30 days), Stripe charges us a non-refundable dispute fee. In that case, you are responsible for that fee. We will document the removal evidence for the chargeback process.

For legitimate refund requests (billing error, reversed removal, etc.), RevGon absorbs all Stripe fees. You pay nothing.
